How much do you charge?

We are happy to say we work with your budget. Visit the Get Started page, fill out the form to let us know your budget and we’ll review your options.

Once you are quoted, the first half of the quote amount is required up front as a deposit to begin your project. The final payment is not due until the project is complete (before website launch, or before final design files are sent).

Your plan will be custom quoted at a pre-paid monthly rate depending on your needs.

What is the turnaround time like?

Each project takes a different amount of time to complete. Below you can see a general estimation:

  • LOGO ONLY: Reveal in 2 weeks
  • WEBSITE ONLY: Reveal in 4 weeks.
  • FULL BRAND: Reveal in 4-6 weeks.

What is the difference between Logo Design and Brand Design?

A Logo Design is the stand-alone image representing your company. While Brand Design means it is a package and can include: logo, website, business card, social media covers, promo materials, etc.

What is included in a full branding package?

Full Brand Design package can include: logo, website, business card, social media covers, promo materials, letterhead, PowerPoint design, etc. The package will be created based on your need. Your need is determined during your Consultation Call.

What is your refund policy?

The first half of the project quote total is due up front as a deposit to get started. A refund of that initial deposit is only permitted before your design reveal is shown to you.

If design work has been shown to you but you decide you do not want to continue, that initial deposit is kept and applies to the work completed, but your final payment will not be required.

You pre-pay monthly and your assistant will complete that month’s work.

ie. if you pre-pay on April 1st and decide you do not want to continue on April 5th, you will recieve design work throughout April and refund is not permitted. You will not be required to pay May 1st. We do ask that you give your arrangement at least 3 months before cancelling so you can really get the flow going with your assistant. At first it can be tough to get used to handing work off to them that you are used to doing yourself. If at any time you are unsatisfied, contact Larissa to be assigned a new assistant or discuss other possibilities.
